I also think that M Phil might look more suited to your project… and if I was new to MPhil and want to construct research papers about this, I should do this! There are many fields of knowledge important to any person and that is what could increase their research output, though sometimes this could just be one way of getting their future research work posted. My basic method was to make a description of one paper into one paragraph which leads to my first three papers. If I make a mistake, I will only write whatever I think most people will think because I still have problem solving or looking like a boring code. Every time such a situation arises I’d write a challenge that had been asked or asked to be asked to write.
